Over the past 30 years, I have worked with many recruiters, as both a candidate and hiring manager. There is no one I would rather work with than Ward at Madison Executive Search in filling a multi-channel position. Not only is Ward extremely plugged in to the talent pool, but he knows and understands the industry and requirements of the job, usually better than the company doing the search.
